The Managing for Success system analyzes a person's behavioral tendencies and then generates a clear, concise report that relates their natural behavior to job performance. Using this information, you can develop a personalized approach to manage, motivate and communicate with each employee in a way that will yield maximum benefits to your organization.
To complete the report, the job applicant or current employee goes to a Web site and with a code you provide and answer twenty four questions. The reports can be completed anywhere there is an Internet connection and the results are available within a few short hours. A variety of reports are available including Employee-Manager; Executive; and Sales. The cost of each report typically retails for $124; AIMS Society members receive a $25 discount.
